  1. What is Credit Card Fraud Protection?
    Under US Federal law, you can be held liable for up to $50 in unauthorized charges on each credit card and up to $500 on each debit card or, in limited circumstances, up to the full amount in your account(s). As a Member, if you are held liable by your card issuer(s) for unauthorized charges made to your credit and debit cards, then our Fraud Protection reimburses you for the liability, up to a maximum of $50 per credit card and up to $500 per debit card.   2. How do I get Credit Card Fraud Protection?
    If you are held liable by your credit and/or debit card issuer(s) for unauthorized charges that occurred while you are a Member of this service, then our Fraud Protection automatically applies.

  3. How do I make a claim?
    You can initiate a claim on this site by completing the Claim Form and mailing it in with supporting documentation. You need to report the claim within 90 days of the loss and submit a claim form and supporting documentation postmarked within 180 days of the occurrence that triggers the claim. See Credit Card Fraud Protection Terms of Service for additional information on making a claim.

  4. Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make?
    There are no limits on the number of claims you can make, but all claims need to be made while you are a Member of this service. Credit Card Fraud Protection will reimburse you for the amount for which you are held liable by your card issuer(s) up to a maximum of $50 per credit card and up to $500 per debit card. The maximum coverage per person (Member) is $1,000 per year.
