  1. Who is SynapseConnect?
    SynapseConnect is a partner of Reservation Rewards and is the actual seller of the magazine subscriptions. Magazine Outlet/Synpase Connect will collect and process your payment and will work with the magazine publishers to fulfill subscriptions ordered.

  2. How many magazines can I purchase?
    You can purchase up to 4 magazine subscriptions per membership year. For purposes of your magazine subscription benefit, your membership year is calculated as each 12 month consecutive period you remain a member following your join date. Also, each magazine title is only available for purchase once per membership year.

  3. How soon will my magazine subscriptions arrive?
    Please allow 4-10 weeks for order processing and delivery of the first issue.

  4. Can I order magazines to give as a gift?
    Unfortunately, these magazines subscriptions are for individual member use only and cannot be given as a gift or used for resale.

  5. Can you ship my magazine selections express?
    While SynapseConnect makes every effort to send your selections as quickly as possible, they are unable to accommodate special shipping arrangements. Please allow 4-10 weeks for delivery of your first issue.

  6. How do I cancel a subscription?
    You can cancel a magazine subscription anytime by calling SynapseConnect, at 1-800-884-3350 for a refund of un-mailed issues. If you cancel your order within 45 days of placing your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

  7. What if I want to change information in my order?
    When you get to the order completion page, you will have the opportunity to edit your selections on our website. After your order is placed, you can call SynapseConnect anytime at 1-800-927-9578 to change your selections.

  8. Who fulfills my subscriptions?
    The names, address, email and credit card account information you provide on the order form will be collected by our partner, SynapseConnect, 225 High Ridge Road, East Building, Stamford, CT 06905, to process your order. SynapseConnect will work with the individual publishers to fulfill your subscription.

  9. How does the automatic renewal process work?
    After the initial year of your magazine subscriptions, your subscriptions will continue annually. Each year, you’ll receive a reminder notice from SynapseConnect. By subscribing you have authorized SynapseConnect to charge your account at the then-current rate on the notice for the next year of issues until you tell them to stop.
