Dining, Shopping and Attractions Discounts
Reservation Rewards members can receive discounts at featured merchants that
participate in our partner's programs. Merchant discounts are a special benefit of your Reservation Rewards
membership. The terms and conditions applicable to these merchant discounts are set forth in the Merchant Conditions link associated with each applicable offer on the site.
We try to keep our discount information as up to date as possible, however, from time to time merchants and/or locations may be displayed
that are no longer available if the merchant and/or location no longer participates in the
program and/or if the merchant or location is no longer in business.
WEBLOYALTY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE DISCOUNTS OFFERED,
INCLUDING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE BENEFITS WILL MEET MEMBER'S REQUIREMENTS.
WEBLOYALTY WILL NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, HARM OR DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT,
PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL, EQUITABLE OR OTHERWISE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR COSTS,
HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, OR FOR CONTRIBUTION OR INDEMNITY IN RESPECT THEREOF, EVEN IF
WEBLOYALTY HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OR OUGHT REASONABLY TO HAVE KNOWN OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF WEBLOYALTY, AND THE EXCLUSIVE RECOURSE OF THE MEMBER, IN THE EVENT OF ANY CLAIM(S) FOR
WHICH WEBLOYALTY MAY PROPERLY BE HELD LIABLE UNDER AND IN CONNECTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY
WEBLOYALTY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR BASIS OF LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED IN THE AGGREGATE (REGARDLESS
OF THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS) TO THE ACTUAL PROVEN DIRECT DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE MEMBER AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID, INCLUDING AWARDED COUNSEL FEES AND COSTS.

- Valid Times/Holidays - Read the offer carefully for valid dates and times. Major holidays, including those that
follow, are excluded, even if the offer states "valid anytime": Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's
Day, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Sweetest Day. NOTE: Some merchants also
observe other regionally celebrated holidays. Please check with the merchant regarding other holidays.
- Coupon expiration dates - please check your offers and coupons carefully for expiration dates as these may vary by merchant.
- Tipping - For satisfactory service, the tip should equal 15-20% of the TOTAL BILL before the discount is subtracted.
- Coupons are non-transferable. The barter, trade, sale, photocopying, alteration, purchase, or transfer of these offers
by any person or entity is strictly prohibited. These offers are intended for the non-profit use of the individual
registered for this program. Any use of an offer in violation of these Rules will render the offer VOID. Offers
may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Our third party discount providers and/or their parent
or subsidiaries, will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept an offer;
however, for coupons provided by Entertainment Publications, Entertainment will attempt to secure merchant compliance to the best of the company's ability.
Certain of the discounts in our program are offered through our third party partners, Entertainment, Inc. and Restaurant.com.

To save at participating Entertainment Publication merchants, simply present your printed coupon before the merchant totals your bill.
Discounts exclude tax, tip, alcohol and sale items, where applicable. Coupons and Discounts may not be used in
conjunction with any other coupon, discount offer or awards program. Coupons are valid for two weeks from the date of printing, unless otherwise stated on the coupon.
- 20% Off Discounts - Receive an ongoing 20% off, up to a maximum of $25 per visit.
- 50% Off Discounts - Receive up to 50% off, up to the maximum value stated on the offer.
- Buy-One-Get-One-Free Offers - When purchasing two or more items, you will receive the least expensive item, up to the maximum value of the offer. In most cases, to qualify for a free offer or complimentary item, you must purchase goods or services from the merchant making the offer.
- Premium Coupons - these coupons offer savings of up to 20% off or Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offers and are available for redemption one time per year from each participating merchant. You may print up to 100 of these coupons in each calendar month.
- 2-for-1 Offers - When purchasing two or more main-course entrees or menu items, the restaurant will deduct the least expensive main-course entree or menu item, up to the maximum value on the offer. For restaurants offering one complimentary "entree" when a second is purchased, an "entree" is considered a main-course item. Coupons are not valid for discount-priced daily specials, sale items, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout, buffets, etc. unless otherwise noted.
- Dining Alone Option - Some restaurants include a "when dining alone" option clearly stated in the offer. These are valid only when dining alone and may not be used when an individual diner joins one or more other people at a table.
- Dining In Groups - When more than two people dine together, the following applies:
- One bill per table (no separate checks), unless separate checks are the restaurant's standard policy.
- Only one coupon may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of three coupons per party.
- The least expensive entrees or menu items in the party are discounted, up to the maximum value, unless otherwise specified on the coupon.
- Dining With Children - Discounts do not apply to children's menu items. When dining with children, you must order two or more adult-priced main-course entrees or menu items in order to receive one complimentary, up to the maximum value.

Purchase of a Restaurant.com certificate requires that you agree to all the terms and conditions

In order to purchase your gift certificate you are required to create an account with Restaurant.com.
Gift Certificates are purchased directly from Restaurant.com and are then printed by the Member.
- DISCOUNT CODE MUST BE INSERTED IN YOUR SHOPPING CART PRIOR TO PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT. RESERVATION REWARDS AND RESTAURANT.COM CANNOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DISCOUNTED PRICE OFFERED AND THE PRICE PAID IF MEMBER DOES NOT ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE AND COMPLETES THE CHECK OUT PROCESS.
- Restaurant.com tries to keep gift certificate information as up to date as possible. However, certificate inventories are limited and are replenished periodically throughout the month.
- Participating restaurants are subject to change.
- Gift Certificates may have minimum purchase requirements and day of use limitations, as well as other conditions. Make sure to check the restaurant's special instructions along with Restaurant.com's standard terms and conditions prior top purchase.
- Limit of one (1) Restaurant-Specific Certificate redemption per party, per month, per restaurant.
- Limit of one (1) Restaurant-Specific Certificate per redemption. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.
- Use of Restaurant-Specific Certificates for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the restaurant. Restaurant agrees to comply with all state laws pertaining to the same.
- Restaurant-Specific Certificates cannot be combined with any other restaurant certificates, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
- Restaurant-Specific Certificates cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances.
- No cash value for Restaurant-Specific Certificates.
- No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
- Valid for parties of two (2) or more unless otherwise stated.
- Valid for dine in only unless otherwise stated.
- The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the restaurant unless otherwise required by law.
- Neither the seller nor the restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates or restaurant certificates reference numbers.
- Reproduction, sale or trade of Restaurant-Specific Certificates is prohibited unless done so in compliance with the law.
- Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the Restaurant-Specific Certificate void.
- Void to the extent prohibited by law.
- Restaurant-Specific Certificates can be exchanged for Restaurant.com Store Credit Certificates within 90 days of purchase date ("Restaurant.com Certificates," as used in these Terms and Conditions, refers to the certificates printed from the Restaurant.com website that are of general use and are redeemable through the Restaurant.com website or an affiliated site for any Restaurant-Specific Certificate or Merchant Certificate available at such time). No cash back on Restaurant-Specific Certificates.
- Expire one (1) year from date of issue, except in California and where otherwise prohibited by law.
- With 50% OFF certificates party size may not exceed 8 people.
