  1. How do I get my coupon discounts?

    If you click on any of the links for "Dining", "Shopping", or "Attractions", or do a category search for any of these types of discounts on the Reservation Rewards home page, you'll be taken to a page that displays the discounts available in your area. Once there, you can further hone your search by selecting the sub-category or distance radius to find discounts that are right for you. You can search for discounts in your hometown, or if you're on the road, at stops along the way and near your destination. To change your discounts by location, simply type your city and state or your five digit zip code in the search box to bring up new discounted offers. As you find discount offers that intrigue you, you can either print and use your coupons now or come back and print your offer at a later date. Please be sure to check the Merchant Terms associated with each coupon offer for expiration dates and restrictions as these vary by merchant. Changed correctly, but can you please change to this instead: "For example, once you print a coupon provided by our supplier, Entertainment Publications, you must use it within 14 days or it expires. Other coupons have set expiration dates that are noted on the coupons.

    In addition, there are a few other restrictions for coupon offers provided by Entertainment Publications. Premium coupons are valid for one use only, unless otherwise noted on the coupon. Offer coupons are not valid on holidays, are subject to Rules of Use, and are not valid with other discount offers unless specified. Each individual coupon offer is subject to Merchant conditions which are noted for each offer within the website. For more information on Entertainment Discount Rules of Use, click here. All offer coupons are void if purchased, sold, or bartered for cash.

  2. What is a Premium Coupon?
    A Premium Coupon is provided by Entertainment Publications and offers savings of up to 50% off, Buy-1-Get-1-Free Offers and/or any discounts valued at $25 or more from selected merchants. These coupons are available for use one time during each Annual Period (as explained in FAQ No. 6) from each participating merchant, and you may print up to a maximum of 100 Premium Coupons each calendar month. Premium coupons used in an Annual Period will not "roll over" for use in the following Annual Period. Please refer to the Coupon Discount Rules of Use and FAQ No. 6 for more details.

  3. Do my coupons expire?
    For coupons provided by Entertainment Publications, once you've printed an offer you must use it within 14 days or it expires. For this reason, you should only print an offer within 14 days of when you plan to use it. Other coupons have set expiration dates - Please refer to the printed coupon for details on expiration dates as these may vary.

  4. What if I don't want to use my coupons right now?
    Please note expiration dates on each coupon for when they expire. For coupons provided by Entertainment Publications, you should only print a coupon within 14 days of when you plan to use it as once you've printed an Entertainment offer, you must use it within 14 days or it expires.

  5. What if I want to use coupons while I'm traveling?
    You can search for offers practically wherever you go. Either print your offers before you leave on your trip or bring your Member ID and Password along. Just remember that when you access your offers you'll need a working printer attached to your computer to print out the coupons.

  6. How often can I print and use coupons? Is there a limit?

    There are limits on some of the coupons you print. For Entertainment coupon offers, you may print 100 Premium Coupons per calendar month. Given the average savings, that's hundreds of dollars a year that you'll save! Please refer to the Entertainment Coupon Discount Rules of Use for more details on limits. You may also print an unlimited number of coupons that are not identified as Premium Coupons each month but be sure to check any additional restrictions and coupon expiration dates before you plan to use them.

  7. How long are printable coupons valid?
    Please refer to the expiration date as printed on the coupon. For coupons provided by Entertainment Publications, prints are valid for 14 days from the date printed, unless otherwise stated on the coupon.

  8. What do I do if I attempted to print a coupon but it did not print?
    Please review the following prior to attempting to print another coupon:

    Make sure the printing device is plugged into your computer and into an electrical outlet.
    Make sure the printing device power switch is on.
    Make sure the printing device is working. (To ensure that it is working, try to print a document that you have previously printed.)
    Make sure there is paper in your printing device.
    Make sure the paper is not jammed.
    Determine if you need to change the cartridge, ribbon or toner.

    Please note that you must utilize a MAC or PC to print out any coupons.

  9. What do I do if there are no offers in my area?
    Our benefit providers have participating merchants in most metropolitan areas. However, if your search identifies no offers in your area, they may be unavailable. Please check back again soon as we often add new discounts and merchants to our network! In addition, members who are located in areas without participating merchants will receive additional information about other discounts available to them from us.

Restaurant.com Gift Certificate FAQs
  1. What is Restaurant.com?

    Restaurant.com is an online network of thousands of restaurants across the United States. You can find participating restaurants near you and learn more about each restaurant by viewing their "microsite" which features menus, wine lists, chef's bios and more.

    When you find restaurants you'd like to visit, you can buy Gift Certificates for a fraction of the actual value. Some restaurants also offer online reservations and/or online take-out/delivery ordering.

  2. How do I get the Restaurant.com discounts offered?

    The Discount Code must be entered in the Shopping Cart BEFORE proceeding to Checkout or it will not be applied to your purchase. During Checkout, you will be prompted to create an "account," with Restaurant.com. This is required for purchase, and helps them track your order for future reference.

  3. What if I forget to use the discount code?

    It it your responsibility to insert the discount code before proceeding to checkout. Reservation Rewards and Restaurant.com cannot refund the difference between the discounted price offered and the price paid if you do not enter the discount code.

  4. Are the discounts always available?

    There are limited supplies of Gift Certificates, which are replenished periodically throughout the month. It is possible that a discount offer you saw yesterday will not be available tomorrow because Restaurant.com's inventory is depleted. Check back frequently to find the best deals. Participating restaurants and the discounts available for participating restaurant gift certificates are subject to change.

  5. How are Restaurant.com Gift Certificates delivered?

    Gift Certificates are delivered electronically. After you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a page with a link to each Gift Certificate. You can print your Gift Certificates using your computer and printer. (To print, simply click the blue link to open the page. Once you can see the Gift Certificate on screen, click file, then print to send to your printer.)

    Your Gift Certificates are also available in "My Account." Simply login with your email address and password and you will have access to all of your previous purchases. (To print click the Gift Certificate number. This will take you to the Gift Certificate Summary; click the red link view and print certificate to open the page. Once you can see the Gift Certificate on screen click file then print to send to your printer.)

    You will also be sent a confirmation email with links to your Gift Certificates, which may be used to print your certificates at a later time. (To print click the blue button view and print certificate to link to your confirmation page. Click the blue link to open the certificate page. Once you can see the Gift Certificate on screen click file then print to send to your printer.)

  6. How long is my Restaurant.com Gift Certificate good for?

    In most cases Restaurant.com Gift Certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase, although there are exceptions depending upon the state you live in. For specific information, please read the Gift Certificate terms and conditions.

  7. Are there any restrictions for using Restaurant.com Gift Certificates?

    When purchasing Gift Certificates, please be sure to read the restaurant's special instructions along with Restaurant.com standard terms and conditions for all Gift Certificates. The Gift Certificates may only be used if all of these terms are followed. Please Note: Most restaurants require a minimum purchase in the restaurant before you can redeem the Gift Certificate and most restaurants have day of week and holiday restrictions.   8. What do I do if I attempt to use a Gift Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting my Gift Certificate?

    This is a rare issue but sometimes restaurants go out of business or change owners without informing Restaurant.com. If you attempt to use a valid Restaurant.com Gift Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting your certificate, please contact Restaurant.com's customer service department. You may reach them by email at info@restaurant.com (include your Gift Certificate number) you may call 1-800-979-8985 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Central Standard Time and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

    Restaurant.com's customer service department will exchange your unused Gift Certificate for a credit to Restaurant.com. This will allow you to choose another restaurant or merchant certificate from Restaurant.com.
