  3. How do I redeem my Points?
    Redeeming your Points is easy! Simply select the Gift Card Reward you want on the Rewards/Overview page, call us with your selection, and your Gift Card Reward will be sent to you by mail. View Rewards/Overview page here.

  4. When do my Points show up in my account?
    Your Points will be credited within 48 hours of when you earn them. Points awarded for monthly membership are awarded on the first day of each month as long as membership is active. You can view your Points Account page here anytime.

    Points expire one year from the time they are posted to your account. View your points balance here anytime.

  6. Why haven't I received my Points?
